BOQ & Quantity Take-Off
A bill of quantities that doesn't reconcile with the drawings becomes a variation order. We measure from the drawings, reconcile against them, and tell you where the two disagree.

Concrete deliverables, not vague promises.
Measurement
- Measured bills of quantities to the governing measurement standard
- Material take-offs by trade, area, phase or cost code
- Cable, conduit and containment schedules
- Cut, fill and earthwork volume calculations
- Rebar bar bending schedules and steel tonnage summaries
Commercial documents
- Priced BOQs where rate data is supplied
- Comparative take-offs across design options
- Tender-ready measurement packages
- Interim valuation quantities against progress
Reconciliation
- Drawing-to-BOQ variance reports identifying every mismatch
- Designed-versus-installed reconciliation for as-built quantities
- Revision-to-revision quantity change tracking
PDF or DWG drawing sets, at any revision. Where drawings are incomplete, we measure what exists and list the assumptions applied to the gaps rather than silently interpolating.
Codes & standards
NRM2, SMM7, CESMM4, POMI, and CSI MasterFormat, applied according to your market and contract. Where no standard is specified we measure to NRM2 and state the basis of measurement on the front sheet.
Full service engineering design. Delivered remotely.
- 01
Start with a bounded request
Send what you have — sketches, GIS/CAD files, pole data, spreadsheets. A named engineer reviews it and confirms a scoping timetable.
- 02
Agree scope, standards & criteria
Work begins once a written SOW sets deliverables, assumptions, standards and who owns each engineering decision.
- 03
Produce with visible controls
Assumptions, RFIs and progress are logged as they happen, not buried inside the drawing set.
- 04
Independent QA & handoff
A second reviewer checks the package against the SOW before a revision-tracked transmittal ships.
Contractors pricing tenders under deadline pressure
Quantity surveyors and cost consultants absorbing peak workload
Developers validating a contractor's submitted quantities independently
Engineering firms whose design packages need a measured BOQ attached
How do you handle incomplete drawings?
We measure what's shown and produce an assumptions register listing every gap and the basis used to fill it. You review the assumptions rather than discovering them later.
Can you reconcile our existing BOQ against a revised drawing set?
Yes, and it's one of the most common requests. The output is a variance report showing every line where quantity, description or specification has moved between revisions.
Will you price the BOQ?
We'll apply rates you supply. We don't provide independent market pricing; rate data is regional and yours will be more accurate than ours.
Have a boq & quantity take-off project to scope?
A sketch, a photo, a spreadsheet: send what you have and we’ll take it from there.
