2D drawing sets, existing models at any state of completeness, point cloud data, or design sketches. Models inherited from a previous team are welcome: auditing and repairing an inconsistent model is common work.
Codes & standards
ISO 19650 information management, BIMForum LOD specification, and the client's BIM Execution Plan where one exists. Where no BEP exists we'll propose a minimal one before modeling starts, because model conventions agreed late are model conventions applied twice.

Send what you have — sketches, GIS/CAD files, pole data, spreadsheets. A named engineer reviews it and confirms a scoping timetable.

Work begins once a written SOW sets deliverables, assumptions, standards and who owns each engineering decision.

Can you work inside our ACC or BIM 360 environment?
Yes. Working in the client's common data environment is preferred: it keeps version control in one place and removes file transfer overhead entirely.
We have a model but don't trust it. Can you audit it?
Yes. A model audit reports on structural integrity, naming compliance, LOD consistency and modeling errors, with a remediation estimate. It's usually cheaper than remodeling and we'll say so if it isn't.
How do you keep clash reports usable?
By tuning the rule sets and grouping clashes by cause rather than reporting every geometric intersection. A raw clash count of several thousand tells nobody anything; a grouped list of forty root causes is actionable.
