Do you submit on our behalf?
We prepare the package to submission standard and can complete portal submissions where the authority permits third-party filing under your account. Where a licensed local agent or engineer of record is required to file, we prepare everything they need to sign and submit.
Can you handle jurisdictions you haven't worked in before?
Yes. The first project in an unfamiliar jurisdiction includes a requirements review before drafting begins, so the format is confirmed rather than assumed.
What if the submission is rejected?
Rejection responses are included in scope. We revise and resubmit against the authority's comments at no additional cost where the comment relates to work we produced.
